IO acquires Basepoint Business Centre, Swindon

Basepoint Business Centre was acquired for £1.4m at a NIY of 8.0% and just under 20% vacancy. IO forecasts its latest acquisition will deliver a Geared IRR of 15+ pa, in line with IO’s existing portfolio. IO’s active management of the prime industrial site in Swindon should reduce the vacant rate and deliver better value to existing and future tenants.
